To some countries, Global Warming is either an issue or an hoax. Their concern is melting glaciers, rising sea level, climate change (like sudden rain, hurricane etc) and some other distant effects, which do not create any problem to the common men in their day today life. This became an issue in such countries with the efforts of some good hearted scientists, efficient laboratories and knowledgeable persons who have real concerns about the echo balance of the glob.

However, in already warm aquatic regions like South East Asia, Gulf Countries and some African regions, Global Warming is not an issue, but increasing heat in the summer is their problem and the common men do not even know it is global. People witness 4 to 5 degree increase in temperature during last 40 years.To offset the effects of global warming in aquatic regions, Water, Electricity, Sun Glasses, cooling equipments, cold drinks, bears and caps are needed in abnormally large quantities. Unfortunately, these things especially water and electricity become short and costly in summer and affect badly on the productivity as well as social life and temperament of inhabitants in the warmer regions.

Comparison of cartoons created in different regions over the effects of Global Warming is very interesting. In low temperate regions, cartoons are made over the threat of Global Warming and generally funny things are attributed toward this idea. Whereas, in warmer regions; hardcore effects of global warming are presented through this medium.
